I missed the whole Alex/Kate debate on this forum.

I liked Alex a lot (he made the whole show for me) and thought Kate was OK. I'm I alone? Or is anyone prepared to tell me why I should Not like Kate because I liked Alex?

I felt the same caramac. I liked both of them and would have been happy with either as the winner, but I think we are in the minority. Maybe because of the focus on them since BB3 left has overtaken what they were like in the house.

I liked both of them as well in the house and wouldn't have really minded which one had won, although I had a slight preference for Kate. However, I'm not very keen on Alex since he's been out of the house.

It is definitely a shame that he appears to be so negative about everything. Maybe it's just how he's been portrayed, but he does seem to be like that.

Personally I can't understand the entire thing!

I like kate but could not care less about AS and would not have known that he had said hateful things if I had not been on this forum!

I came on this forum to find out about stories of former HMs that I liked, Brian, Spencer, Johnny, Alison and cannot be bothered with the pointless bitching between some factions here!!

This is the only forum I have found (admittedly out of only 5) where Kate is allowed a fair hearing.The others seem against her-sometimes too viciously so.Presumably it is because she is a pretty girl who won Big Brother.Maybe that is why members here are sensitive to thoughless abuse against Kate.

i liked both of them in the series at the time-i thought kate seemed like a sweet un-assumming girl and i still think she is now.

alex i liked because he had a great character- and was a rather sexy man

personally i think kate and alex are fighting a secret undeclared love and can only express it by bitching about each other

Good theory. They did like to play follow the van, in what they seemed to think was under the cover of darkness... then got up in the morning pretending they didn't know each other.

I love them both and, because they are the only two angelically beautiful people to appear on BB, think they would make a great couple. People forget that Kate only pretended to fancy pig-ugly, homophobic Stencher in the house because it would make the early weeks of BB3 funnier. Alex would still be on the A-list with Kate if it wasn't for PJ and his stlnky, ugly mate bleating about how jealous they are of his beautiful looks.
