Jenson's Fame Academy ex quits Britain for US career

FAME Academy star Louise Griffiths has quit the UK for New York...setting herself up as rival to Britney Spears.
Louise - who split from F1 fiance Jenson Button in May - hass been in talks with record executives who are certain she can break into the US market.
A friend said: "She's been told that with the right marketing she can be as big as Britney Spears. She's got a fantastic voice and obviously she is incredibly good-looking."
Only months ago Louise, 27, was on the verge of getting back together with race ace Jenson, 26, who called off their wedding 12 weeks before the big day.
But pals say Louise - who used to be in girl band Orchid, and then had talks with Polydor and Virgin Records - has finally moved on and is excited about her new life in the Big Apple.
