Cameron Stout

Big Brother 4 winner, Cameron Stout, recently visited Stromness Museum in Orkney to show his support for the Treasure Seekers campaign.

Cameron said, “Little did I know as a primary school child, fascinated at the natural history and other amazing exhibits in Stromness Museum, that 25 years later I would be among them as part of last summer’s Big Brother exhibition.

I find the Pattern Book particularly interesting because of its export connections. Having been in the export trade since 1993 I find it fascinating to think how trading was carried out in times before air-freight and improved sea passage.”

Cameron chose to be photographed alongside an early 20th century ‘Pattern Book’, a collection of exquisitely drawn clothing patterns.

but from that quote it sounds as if CAMERON was an exhibit last year! lol

Although it's very tempting to start a caption competition for that second photo, lol

My daughter and I (2 years old, her, not me) were sitting here browsing the board when I came upon this thread. My daughter started waving at the screen when she saw the picture of Cameron reading the book.

Could you wave back please Cameron, I cant sit here all day!

The pictures are good. It was sweet of you to wave to the little girl. Are you looking forward to Christmas and the panto Cameron?

You better believe it hkm! Loving every minute of it - well almost every minute! It's been hilarious so far and Archie the Inventor from Balamory, aka the comedian and actor Miles Jupp, is fantastically funny, particularly offstage. Alan McHugh who was our dame last year is back and funnier than ever. As he would say, "It's no way for a grown man to make a living!"
