You must go Milly. Here is your dress list:

G string, High heels, See Through Top and a touch of your favourite perfume.

The nights that you aren't much looking forward to, often turn out to be the most fun Milly. Go what do you have to lose?

LBD is usually most appropriate for these occasions. :D

If you genuinely don't think you'll enjoy yourself then don't go, but if there's a chance then why not?

I always wear black trousers (or a skirt sometimes) and a nice top.... always! This year it's turquoise.

I really didn't fancy our Christmas do but have been mithered all week to take a mate who wants to go but can't as he can only act as a guest and as I've got no-one to take (again), he's mithered me.

Not impressed with this dressing up mullarkey, the shirt and shoes only come out for very special occasions. There is a band on and a second rate comedien. Hopefully it will be a laugh as I'm going with mates.

Therefore, if I've got to go to mine, you should go to yours Milly :D

Yes! Go for it Milly! an LBD, a bit of your favourite perfume and a glass or two of wine! You'll have a great time! :x You don't have to stay long if you don't want to, just show your face and if you get bored go home! :D

Actually I wonder how many of the men on here don't know what an LBD is! ::lol:: ;)

The LBD was first produced in the late 40s by FRANK USHER. Sorry, couldn't find a pic :D

It was last night and I was home before 11 as it was AWFUL!!!! ::lol::

Food crappy and then this mad DJ who likes that style everyone-stand-up-and-wave-your-arms-to-win-a bottle-of-wine scenario... I felt like I was at Butlins... I left as soon as it was polite.. not my thing. :-? But at least I showed my face :D

Sorry to hear it wasn't fun, but at least you went! Wasn't it nice to come home though? Look at it this way; at least the party didn't end too quickly, because that's just annoying when it happens :D
