No.
The Germans tried it and by the end they had had about half the country in the show ::lol::
And if I remember correctly the viewing figures were low towards the end.
Same thing with the Village version as it was dropped by one channel do to falling viewing figures.
114 days is the longest any country runs the show for successfully. And as most countries are in the 100 - 114 bracket we have one of the shortest shows.

Well, when we go on holiday we watch big brother anyway. find a pub with a tv in it and just chill out there for an hour. :D

But i don't think it should last a year.

I'm fed up of BB within weeks if the contestants aren't that interesting. Could you really keep a bunch of livewires in such a confinded space together for extended periods of time without boring the veiwers or being sued y someone who flipped out?

Could Channel 4 or Endemol afford the amount of therapy the housemates would need after 6months with each other, let alone a year!? :-?
