If kids are old enough to have sex then they're surely old enough to find their way to an NHS walk-in centre and get some free condoms and some advice. I don't like the idea of kids having sex to young but if they're going to do it anyway then they should have the sense and advice to protect themselves against diseases or getting pregnant before they are ready.
Bloody cling film! WTF! a packet of condoms costs about 3 quid! If they can't afford that then they certainly can't afford nappies and other baby-related paraphenalia!
