certainly not, im annoyed because my lesbian cousin cant get married and cant adopt, it makes me really angry, she has been with her girlfriend for 9 years, yes they culd have their own child, but neither of them want to get pregnant, they want to help a child by adopting and giving it a good home, thats all that should matter.

In answer to the question "Should all couples be allowed to adopt", the answer has to quite simply be no.

However, it is the inadequacy to care for a child which should be the barrier to adoption, not the prejudiced attitudes of bigots.

Somebody else has voted NO.

As a parent who is lucky to have produced 3 lovely healthy kids, I do not see why people (straight or gay - married or single) who are not as lucky as us or are unable to have kids, cannot share our good fortune.

There are good kids in the UK who need a loving home. There are good people in the UK who can give such a loving home. Lets match them together. Simple really.
