No its not legal jemzie. The tolorance levels of the police have changed towards having possetion but that is it.

No, i had an interesting talk about this, for students. The police cant initially arest you for being in possession, BUT you can get put inside for 2 years for possession,even if it is for personal use, its a difficult one, its just been moved to class C other that Class B, but hasnt been legalised if that makes any sense?!!!

Jonnyboy mate, alcohol would have been a class A drug if they had discovered it sooner.

difficult about legalisation because it alters the senses, and feelings. Think what cuold happen if you got memory loss, you wouldnt know what happened. I sit on the fence with this, im not against it and im not for it, i dont do drugs so i dont understand the fascination. Also, if you were to smoke them in an area, the fumes would make other people high, it would be a nightmare!

It is for the clinical benifits that leagalistaion is being looked at, not for the common smoker persay.

it's better than alcohol though, because we were at this party and half the people had been drinking and the other half of us went outside and had a 'wee smoke', and we were relaxed and having fun but the drunk lot were all crying and arguing.

i may or may not have been hallucinating that though.
