Has anyone tried this?

I borrowed of yoga for beginners to try it and really enjoyed it. I found it easy enough to do although I can't quite get into all the positions to the fullest extent. It's supposed to relax you as well as increases your mobility (and burns calories) which was definitely the case.
I didn't feel I had done a workout but definitely feel better.
Today however I can really feel where my muscles had been worked (esp my stomach) so it must have worked.

If you haven't tried it I would strongly recommend it especially if you feelo stressed ()^

I should have said it was a dvd, Sorry Molly :D

I have a postal dvd rental thingy where the send me as many dvd's as I want per month so I have been borrowing a few exercise videos to see what they are like before wasting my money. So far Yoga for Beginners is my favourite ()^

It's really cheap to buy on Amazon

 CC!

Lovely to hear you've tried it and that you have liked it! Keep on exercising Yoga! And when you have a chance you should go to Yoga classes to learn more. But you can train it at home as well - you have realised one of the main things - it feels good afterwards. The most important thing about any excercising is that you have found the sport that you like! ()^ Yoga, Pilates, Taiji, Chi-Ball, Body-Balance etc. are sports that suits well these days to people that seems to be busy all the time 24/7. Those sports helps people find some balance in their lives - so that they are both mentally good for you and physically. :D

I used to go to a yoga class as well. It's very relaxing. You ought to join a class CC. It's a way of meeting new people as well.
