Every female that I know are somehow and someway pushing their braniac energy on a dieting. Do you know how many male persons do such of a thing in their daily lives? (Ok, I must admit that I know some males that likes to eat healthy) And there are always some females and males to telling someone else that you're too fat - eventhought that they are totally wrong about what they say.
It's not as much as what do you eat, but it's how much do you eat. You can eat everything within reason - that's my point, other thing is that how do you build to yourself a healthy diet to get daily enough vitamins, enough fat (fat is important), proteins, kalsium, water, fibers etc.
Eating a slice from a pizza isn't a disaster at all or eating one piece from KitKat - but eating all that at the same time or at the same day makes it different during the years. So if you can't eat everything within reason, you should better avoid food that you can't control yourself with it. And remember that drinking alcoholics makes people to eat more than they normally do.
Main target is that people have their inner balance with themselves and their bodies and with their eating-habits. That balance shouldn't be disturbed by fashion models, fashion photographers, fashion magazines, Barbie-dolls and fashion designers, movie directors etc.
I'll be eating chicken and pasta today with greenies!
