Kate and Sophie have agreed that they're unlikely to find romance in the Big Brother house.

Sophie has previously confessed to fancying Lee, while Kate has been sharing a bed with Spencer.

But they both said they just see themselves as being really good mates with their male housemates.

Kate said: "They're guys you can see as being really good mates with. You can have a cuddle with them - it's really sweet."

The housemate spent the night crying after the eviction of best friend Alison but said she had now come to terms with it.

"She didn't deserve to go last night," she said.

"Everything I do is for Alison now. I cant wait to see her when I get out."

After completing her morning ritual of jogging up and down the stairs, she added that she wasn't going to let Sandy and Alex's attitudes ruin her time in the house.
