Anyone read it? I'm tempted because it's set in Carcassonne, my parents lived there for 10 years and I know the area well...it seems like another Da Vinci code type story.

700 pages mind! :eek:

I noticed this was the no1 best seller in Borders today. I haven't read it though and doubtful I will in the near future. Too many others waiting patiently to be read :angel:

Oooh, I just posted in another thread that I've started reading this!

I'm REALLY enjoying it - I'm well through the 700 pages already, hehe.

I read this a couple of months ago. I did enjoy it, the plot goes along at a steady pace, with a few twists and turns. It's another take on the Holy Grail story, I won't spoil it for those yet to read it. The meaning of love is a good one though.
Has anyone been on the Kate Mosse site of labyrinth?

This isn't as much of a page turner as the Da Vinci Code, but I think it's much better written, and very gripping in its own way. I'm not knocking Dan Brown, btw - I love all his books. But he's not the most literary writer ever!

You'd think by that comment that I only read *worthy* books. Which is FAR from the case hehe. ::lol:: ::lol::

I have just started this today. 700 pages mind could take forever :eek: I feel a bit overwhelmed with such a long book but have heard good reviews. It took my friend three days to read she liked it so much! lol so she passed it on to me.

forever= 2 days :angel: :angel:

I'm going to buy this at the weekend, Carcasonne as an area is full of intrigue with the knights templars and the holy grail mystery. It should be a good read ()^

I am debating whether or not to take this one away on holiday with me, but think it may just be too heavy. :D
