These are few issues that serving PCSOs have with the uniform. For instance the jackets sound poorer quality than the Gore-Tex ones I already own.
For me it more of helping the community especially on the points I've already mentioned.
And the bright Blue covers for the body armour well they speak for themselves.

The added bonuses are 37 hours a week and just under £18K. But the main thing is the job satisfaction.
I'm currently working up to 48 Hours a week for just under £12.5K with no satisfaction ,no prospects for improvement ,and the stuff we have to repair is getting worse with no back-up spares wise so becoming throw-a-way and with the possibility that the
Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Act that comes into effect in July having a major impact on the stuff we'll see.
I have a friend who is in training with Beds Police in Traffic to cover the M1 and when he rings back I'll check as going by what he said last time I spoke to him I suspect he is a PCSO.
