Well, (and this is an English thing)...Dee-dree....when I have two 'r's in my name...so it should at the very least be pronouced Deer-dree (although Deir-dreh is the correct version).

Hope I'm not sounding too crabby...

Something else that drives me insane.....dull dour music at an Easter night church ceremony - when it's supposed to be a celebration. :roll:

Oh when people say/spell your name wrong it is horrible. My last name is spelt wrong a lot - Jessica isn't spelt wrong but even my parents sometimes call me "Jess-ca" and if I'm having an argument with them I will ALWAYS shout "It's Jess-I-ca, you gave me the name so why can't you say it correctly?!!" :oops:

When I started high school, my English teacher guessed how to spell all our names and she got my surname wrong to the point where there was only one correct letter in it out of the seven it contains! Very annoying.
