The rumour factory has clearly got its act together earlier this year. This is a serious problem as they may run out of suitable ideas to leak before the series actually gets under way.

In order to keep the rumour-mill well stoked, here are some suggested ideas for leaks to the press:

1) This years Big Brother is going to have a football theme, with housemates completing tasks to decide which World Cup team they are to "support". As the teams are knocked out of the World Cup, then the corresponding housemate has to leave the house.

2) After the success of Celebrity Big Brother, a well-known celebrity housemate is going to be put into the house and has to pretend that they are NOT a celebrity. If they are recognised then they will be evicted.

3) After the problems of housemates discussing nominations during BB7, BB6 and CBB4, this year it is to be compulsory. Any housemate NOT talking to others about who they want out will face the public vote.

4) After Endemol have failed to find a suitable stand-in for Davina, they have now come up with an ingenious solution. Builders are currently in the process of erecting a makeshift maternity ward attached to the Big Brother house. Evicted housemates will then be taken to Davina's bedside for their interview. Producers are also looking for housemates with midwifery experience in an attempt to integrate the birth of Davina's child into one of the food tasks.

Should Endemol wish to use any of these potential "leaks" then please feel free.

Perhaps others may have ideas for suitable "leaks" as well.......

5) After concerns over dodgy public voting during "The Two of Us" and "Stars on Ice", Big Brother producers have held crises talks in a bid to avoid "the wrong housemate" being voted out. In a bid to ensure that "dodgy voting" does not blight BB7 it is been decided to adopt the same system used so successfully by the Eurovision Song contest.

Unfortunately this means that nobody in the UK would be allowed to vote!

6) Who Goes? YOU decide!

To maximise revenue, access to the BB7 toilet will be by public vote. The E4 stream will show a begging cam 24/7, where housemates can come and plead for the 1000 votes needed each time they want to do plop-plops.

HA HA HA HA HA HA.

7) After 5-weeks of searching BB bosses are seriously concerned that they may not have found enough people that "fit the criteria" for the seventh series.

This means that they may have to consider putting people into the house that DO NOT have any ambitions of a career in TV. Worse still, they may have to use people who do not already have a contract with a management agency!

This is the main reason i would never apply for BB- my pee bladder is smaller than a fag butt !!! I pee on average 20 times a day - id get kicked out on toilet paper usage!!!

8) Endomol bosses have been in crises talks after a member of staff suggested that Big Brother 7 was a rather predictable title for the show. In an attempt to add a bit of spice, and boost interest in this years show, they have decided that a rebranding excercise is required.

They are therefore currently deciding whether to rename the programme Bigger Brother Than Last Year, The Even Better Big Brother Series, or Where's Davina Gone?.

An interesting twist to the prize money could be on the cards with Noel Edmonds lined up for a special 'Deal or No Deal' in the house.

HM's will all take part in this task, some form of elimination game will reduce the line-up to ONE remaining HM - who will then reveal the contents of their box - could the prize money be £100,000 or just £1 ?

This would be in the first week of the new series of Big Brother and all HM's will then be aware of the value of winning.

Here's just some of the rumours doing the rounds...

Rumours of the entire house having a YELLOW theme seem to be rife, a yellow diary room chair anyone?

16 HM's from the start, and only 75 minutes of the opening show, which starts on a THURSDAY this year.

Reports of a wheelchair user 'going missing' in last couple of weeks - perhaps whisked away into hiding and chaperoned.

No smoking in the house, also well rumoured

A naturist? One HM who will only wear shoes whilst in the house!

The return of multi-day tasks, which can't be ended by agreeing a winner between HM's (as in celeb BB box task!)

As always - the hidden room... May be more than one again.

Well, all it leaves is for the annual '12 pics of weird people' to start circulating online.

If I had the time/energy, I'd start that rumour off myself, and hack 16 or so pics of weird looking freaks, and then post them.

BB rumours are always good craic.

I think the producers start them, and then monitor forums such as this to see which ones they should run with!!

I heard that the HM`s will be forced to wear nappys for the first few days as there is no toilet

I think that eye has hynoptised me after I stared at it too long.

Someone at Wikipedia is flush with cash - that entry can also be referenced by going to http://www.bb7.info - indicating that someone either has more money than sense or they'll swap the target location to their own BB site when the series starts!

Back to the rumours - so who is the celeb that will be planted in the house, in a reversal of the Chantelle non-celeb part of CBB. One of the HM's will be someone we should already know (?), although it's suspected they may not be a A list celeb of course. The HM's may think they know this person too, but the story is that they are always being mistaken for that person and all their friends have suggested they go work for a lookalike company! How long before the HM's suss them out?

Just to add to the confusion, it's also been suggested that the real celeb and a 'twin' lookalike would join the house from day one, making it more likely that the HM's will not work out what BB is up to.

Here's a cracker - BB will secretly swap out some of the HM's clothing during their stay, for smaller sizes of the same garment, making the HM's think they are putting weight on! Hey BB, start with the bikini's please!!!

During the entire run the HM's will occasionally hear the muffled sound of a mobile phone ringing, will any of them work out just where it is to answer it?

A 'secret square' ? Dunno what that's all about. Part of the paving in the garden perhaps?

After Gnome cam and Queen cam, where will BBLB's hidden camera be this time? Could it be near the new swimming pool perhaps?
