Why would someone leave when they're immune from eviction for a week. Surely better to stick it out and make things difficult for whoever is their main source of aggro and see what happens there first! Attention seeking is more like it I reckon.

Yes, and lock the door to the house, leaving only the exit door on the other wall of the Diary Room.
