DAWN BREAKS

THE LONG HOT SUMMER OF BAUV EXCLUSIVE Rage after she is ejected for using coded message

BIG Brother reject Dawn Blake angrily hit back at show bosses who booted her out for cheating last night.

Channel 4 chiefs said she had been expelled for a flagrant breach of their rules.

But Dawn fumed: "I was not evicted for cheating because there was no cheating. I'm absolutely furious about what's been said. "They are claiming I boasted to the rest of the house about getting secret messages but I didn't. It's just nonsense."

BB chiefs said she had received a coded note from her sister advising her to leave the show.

But yoga instructor Dawn, 38, claimed she decided to leave after she was denied medication.

She said: "I walked out because I have eczema and I need cream for it which is in my suitcase.

"When they told me I could not get to my case I knew that was it. I decided to go.

"I can't believe what they're claiming because I did nothing wrong."

But Dawn told housemates on Wednesday: "I have a code", after she heard her sister was ill.

Scenes shown last night included an episode when Lea wrote the word "code" on Richard's hand before Dawn told them: "Something bad has happened. I need to leave."

The row came to a head when Dawn was called to the diary room at 12.20pm yesterday and told she was being removed immediately.

She had sensed BB was going to kick her out so she said her goodbyes to housemates before being ejected straight from the diary room.

Channel 4 said: "A member of Dawn's family contacted BB with a confidential message, which Dawn had stipulated she wished to be informed of, should it arise.

"This message was delivered to Dawn by BB in good faith, in the diary room.

"On Wednesday night, Dawn revealed to the housemates, that the message BB delivered contained a pre-arranged code from her sister. This is a fundamental breach of the rules so BB removed her from the house."

Following Dawn's exit, the stunned housemates were called to the lounge and handed an explanation from BB.

Pete read: "Dawn has been removed for breaking rules and will not be returning."

Lea claimed Dawn had devised a plan with her family, saying if it wasn't going well on camera, she would receive a "sister is ill" message.

Talking exclusively to the Mirror, Dawn denied foul play and said BB was ruining her health.

Speaking through her best friend Anita Aheer last night, she said: "They should have warned us to put medication into our handbags.

"I have bad eczema and it needs special cream. Without it my health was getting worse and worse.

"That's no way to treat people, and I made sure I gave Big Brother a piece of my mind before I left."

Yesterday Dawn was debriefed by BB psychologists in a secret hotel before being picked up by her friend and taken to her home in Birmingham.

Anita, 41, who works with Dawn to campaign against false gym advertising, said: "The show's gone completely off the rails this year.

"If Dawn had walked they'd had have been so embarrassed, especially after Shahbaz left too.

"That's why they decided at the last minute to throw her off. There's no way she'd have cheated. They invented it to justify their decision."

The Mirror's BB expert Polly Hudson said: "I don't think it's a disaster for BB at all. I relish the possibility of two new interesting housemates to replace Shahbaz and Dawn."

Dawn is the third housemate ever ejected by BB. Nick Bateman was kicked out in 2000 in the first series for trying to influence nominations.

Emma Greenwood was removed for "safety reasons" in 2004 after a fight. Mirror

THEY'RE JUST BIG BULLIES

BIG Brother bosses were yesterday blasted for encouraging a "sickening atmosphere of bullying" and leaving contestants traumatised.

Julie Oakley of Bully- Watch has called for TV watchdogs to clamp down on producers who allow such incidents to take place.

She said: "I find it very distasteful that the organisers of this show can treat people with such disrespect just to boost ratings."

A Big Brother spokeswoman denied that the show condoned bullying.

Meanwhile, Tourette's sufferer John Davidson, who shot to fame and raised awareness of the illness in the 1980s BBC documentary John's Not Mad, has praised the inclusion of Pete Bennett, 24, in the programme.

He said: "Unlike some of the contestants, he's not a freak. He's just being himself and I'm not surprised he's been tipped as a favourite to win the show." Mirror

NASTY GIRL ACT WAS LEARNED OFF HITLER

CUNNING Dawn studied videos of Hitler to help her win a place on Big Brother, her friend Anita Aheer claimed yesterday.

The 38 year-old yoga instructor told viewers she loved making enemies when she entered the house last week.

But Anita, 41, claimed Dawn, who was rejected for the show in 2004, was "a lovely woman" whose nasty image was just an act to get on TV and promote her campaign for fairer gym advertising.

She said: "Dawn tricked Big Brother. She knew they wanted explosive characters for the programme. She knew she had to be fired up when she went for interview, and she even watched tapes of Hitler making speeches to pick up tips on how to be boiling over with anger."

Sports science graduate Dawn, founder of the Alliance for Physical Activity Honesty, delivered a 50,000 name petition to Tony Blair in March demanding tough laws on firms who plug 'miracle' health cures. Mirror

CHILD'S PLAY FOR RICHARD

HOUSEMATES traded childish insults yesterday after wind-up merchant Richard accused Nikki of producing something a bit smelly in the loo.

After the chaos of Dawn's departure, the housemates had spent most of the day amusing themselves in the sunshine.

But Richard soon got bored and started to tease model and dancer Nikki.

The pair were in the bedroom when she called him a layabout. He hit back: "I'm not lazy. You do stinky poos!"

Nikki screeched: "I don't! They smell of roses!"

But Richard upped his ante, saying: "And you left tread marks!"

A flushed Nikki blurted: "I haven't even done a poo today! You can ask Big Brother!"

Bang on time, Big Brother then chose that moment to call Nikki to the diary room.

Pete laughed: "They're gonna tell you off for making too much of a smell in the toilet!"

Also visiting the diary room were potential evictees Bonnie and Glyn who were told they would get back all the items in their missing cases that they could name in three minutes.

First up was Bonnie, who remembered: "My pink hoodie, fluffy pink slippers, leopard print pants, pink boots, sexy pink T-shirt and pink coat."

For Glyn's, the theme was a bit different as he said: "Can I have my black Cymru T-shirt, Cymru shirt, Wales coat, Welsh rugby shirt and my Wales T-shirt?"

Bonnie later realised she'd forgotten some vital kit and asked if she could swap. She said: "I don't need a coat in summer. But I need my joggers.

"I'm not wearing no one else's joggers cos they've had someone else's bum in them and that's unhygienic."

Big Brother turned down her pleas, so she tried a last-ditch tactic - pretending to cry.

Meanwhile, posh George's dad has revealed he will not be tuning in to see how his son fares in the competition.

Retired Army officer Henry Askew said he was delighted his son had been selected to take part in the show and he wished him the best of luck.

But he added: "It is not my sort of programme. He is a good boy and likes to have a go at things. I will be rooting for him, but won't be watching."

Mr Askew, who is divorced from George's mother, said his son had spent most of his youth in Scotland at his home at Ladykirk House in Berwickshire, where the family line can be traced back to 1730. Mirror

RICHARD

SAID: "I'm going to make sure Bonnie or Glyn go out feeling good about themselve s." I don't think there's time for personality transplants.

PETE

ON hearing that Lisa fancied him, said, "She's fantastic, but I don't want to ruin things." Is he being diplomatic or is he just plain terrified?

IMOGEN

SAID:"I think Pete's going to win." So that's everyone in the house, all those watching and everyone who has never ever seen the show, then.

GEORGE

LISTEN here, old chap, you're not seriously thinking about getting it on with that awful commoner, Nikki, are you? You'll be dead to me if you do!

LEA

TOLD Imogen: "You and Sezer would make such a good couple." Being as old as Cilla Black doesn't give her the right to start matchmaking.

GLYN

SAYS he's not popular be cause he can't work the cooker. Then asked: "When could you grow a beard?" Could his gripping conversation be the real reason?

SEZER

WATCHING Imogen take her make up off, he said: "Don't ever change that body. I love it so much." Did he think she was considering adding an extra arm?

MIKEY

ON sex in the house: "If someone did do it, it wouldn't be full on over the table, banging the arse off someone." Who said romance was dead?

BONNIE

IT'S actually quite sad that it'll make absolutely no dif ference to the house or show when she's evicted tomorrow. Seriously. Ok, I'm over it now.

CRACE

CRITICISED Dawn for "playing the game". Sorry, did Grace go into the house just for the good of her health then? It IS a game, you doofus.

LISA THINKS Nikki is "a lovely girl". Nikki, who suggested they hide Shahba z's clothes "because it will hurt him more". Lovely indeed.

NIKKI

YESTERDAY she said: "I'd love to know what my mum's thinking now." Um... "Is it too late for an abortion?" Just a suggestion.

Gwynedd lifeguard faces getting Big Brother boot

May 26 2006
Daily Post

GWYNEDD lifeguard Glyn Wise will tonight be one of the two contestants facing eviction for the first time from reality TV's Big Brother house.

The vote had originally been between sixth former Glyn, 18, of Blaenau Ffestiniog, Bonnie, 19 and Dawn, 38. But Dawn was yesterday thrown out by producers claiming she broke a rule banning communication with the outside world.

This came after she told housemates a message she was allowed from her family had contained a coded warning about negative press, the makers said.

Some 8.1 million viewers watched Glyn enter the Big Brother house - wanting "to get nationwide attention" by showing off his sexy body.

Before arriving at the BB house in Baywatch-style red shorts, Glyn said "the girls will love me."

Before Dawn's expulsion, Ladbrokes had made Bonnie 1/3 favourite to get the boot for failing to make an impact with viewers.

Meanwhile Shahbaz has apologised for his erratic behaviour on the show, claiming he was haunted by his troubled past.

The 37-year-old Glaswegian, who walked out on Tuesday after days of unpredictability, admitted he had "spectacularly fallen apart" while on the programme.

But he claimed the "demons" of his past had caused him to have a "breakdown" during his five--day stint.

The camp Scot - who claims to be a fan of Kylie and knitting - had been closely watched by show psychologists after antagonising fellow housemates and threatening to kill himself on air.

WHO WILL BE NEXT FOR BB EXIT DOOR?

The first eviction from the Big Brother house is set to take place - but the contestant who gets kicked out won't be the first to leave the programme in what has been an eventful week.

Dawn, the 38-year-old exercise scientist from Birmingham, followed camp Glaswegian Shahbaz out of the TV house on Thursday.
Big Brother showed Dawn the door after she devised a code to communicate with the outside world. A spokeswoman for the programme said she had been ejected for "breaking the rules".

Shahbaz walked out on Tuesday after days of unpredictability and admitted he had "spectacularly fallen apart" while on the programme. He claimed the "demons" of his past had caused him to have a "breakdown" during his five-day stint.

The 37-year-old had been closely watched by show psychologists after antagonising fellow housemates and threatening to kill himself live on air.

Bonnie and Glyn now face possible eviction from the house on Friday night with the former the odds-on favourite to get the boot.

Both contestants finally received their suitcases but not all of their clothes. Big Brother gave them three minutes to name as many of the things in their cases as possible, with the reward being they could keep them.

First up was Bonnie, who managed to remember "my pink hoodie, fluffy pink slippers, leopard print pants, pink boots, sexy pink t-shirt, pink coat...".

Glyn had a different theme, he said: "Can I have my black Cymru t-shirt, Cymru shirt, Wales coat, Welsh rugby shirt, my Wales t-shirt...?"

Speculation is mounting that Big Brother will throw two new housemates into the mix to replace the departed Dawn and Shahbaz. The general volume has gone down sharply since the controversial Shahbaz left and this year's series threatens to be one long, boring love-in.

Cheat Dawn out, Bonnie on edge
26/05/06
DailyStar

DIRTY Dawn Blake was last night kicked off Big Brother for cheating.

The exercise freak – who caused a stink in the house by not washing – is only the second wannabe in BB history to be exposed for breaking the rules.

TV bosses found out she had been secretly slipped a code from outside in an "urgent" message from her family.

It contained a special phrase: "Your sister is ill," which let Dawn know she was not faring well on the Channel 4 show and to quit the house as soon as possible.

As a result of breaking the strict rules, which forbid outside contact, Dawn was booted off the show, just like "Nasty" Nick Bateman back on BB1 in 2000.

Nick, now 38, was caught trying to slip notes to the other housemates to influence nominations.

We can also reveal that wannabe Bonnie Holt looks set to be kicked out tonight.

The 20-year-old care worker should be evicted by the public vote against Glyn Wise, 18 – even though Dawn and wacko Shahbaz Chauhdry, 37, have both left the house in the first week.

Last night, in an exclusive chat with the Daily Star, Dawn, 38, said: "I said I wanted to leave but they kept trying to stop me. They wanted me to give them an excuse to disqualify me and they got one."

Fiery Dawn also accused the Channel 4 chiefs who put the show together of "mental torture".
She stormed: "I wasn’t prepared to take s**t or to be humiliated by anyone."
The Brummie wannabe became known for her smelly habit of refusing to shower for fear her boobs might be shown on TV.

BONNIE'S BIG SISTER IN BIG BROTHER EVICTION APPEAL

10:15 - 26 May 2006
LeicesterMercury

The sister of Big Brother housemate Bonnie Holt is calling on viewers to save the Loughborough lass from eviction tonight.

Rule-breaking in the house has increased the odds of the 20-year-old care worker being ordered to leave.

She had originally been up against two other contestants in the vote, Dawn and Glyn.

However, yesterday, Dawn, a fitness instructor from Birmingham, was kicked out after revealing she had broken the rules by getting a coded message from her sister.

It followed the departure of 37-year-old Scotsman Shahbaz, who quit the show this week after several tantrums - what he described as a "spectacular breakdown".

Now the millions of viewers expected to vote in the eviction are being asked to choose between Bonnie and Welsh lifeguard Glyn.

Bonnie's sister, Lara, 23, said: "I hope people in Leicestershire and everywhere else get behind her.

"I know she has had a tough week but I think just recently she has started to come out of her shell and be a little bit more confident.

"I hope people will save her from eviction by voting for Glyn. He's totally boring. He hasn't done anything at all but sit around.

"At least Bonnie's started to show a bit of fight now she's getting upset.

"She's really funny, too, and nice. People will see that if she stays."

Bonnie's best friend, Anna Freeman-Bates, 21, said: "Bonnie said one of the worst things that could happen is she would be voted out first. She'll find that difficult but hopefully the vote will go her way.

Big Brother fan Col Young, 22, from Thorpe Acre, said: "She's been pretty boring, really, hasn't she?"

Sezer in date rape allegation

Sleazy big brother lover Sezer has previously been arrested for rape, the Sun newspaper has claimed.

Sezer, 26, who is currently attempting to 'romance' Welsh stunner Imogen in the BB house with lines such as: "I don't look at the cameras, I look at you," has been arrested for alleged date rape, the newspaper says.

The City trader was taken in for questioning after the allegation was made, with police investigating for over six months.

However, the case was dropped due to a lack of evidence.

Sezer's family has strongly denied he was involved and say he is totally innocent, but the alleged victim told the Sun that seeing him on the screen in the Big Brother house cuddling up to Imogen was a real shock.

She said he left her life in tatters after she met in a London nightclub in 2004.

"I haven't seen him for two years but he hasn't changed a bit in looks. What really angered me was him saying he treated girls like princesses," she said.

A BB spokeswoman refused to confirm they knew of his arrest, saying: "No charges were brought and he has not been convicted of any offence.

"That means he is entitled to be treated as anyone else."
