More likely than if they were found innocent?

and does that mean that everyone not found guilty of any crime is unlikely to commit a crime?

If a criminal is not found guilty it appears they are less likey to reoffend, but if they have not actually commited a crime they will be unable to reoffend

There will be more chance of them reoffendending if they they are sent to prison which of course is filled with more criminals which seems to mean that prisons are a good place to go if you want to become a serial criminal.

So to help prevent people reoffending we should not send them to prison for the crime they commited.

On another note is there something wrong with the quote feature on this forum, the text should be in a box but I just see the bbcode for all quotes.

Is it just me or are others getting the same?

I'm not quite sure why that is. It seems to be working for me, but I've noticed that it works for some people and not others. Do you actually click on the quote box to reply, or type it in yourself?

Ah, I've sussed it. You need to make sure that the box 'Disable HTML in this post' is ticked. I've corrected some of them.

Ive always though that those accused of sexual assault crimes should be given anonimity just like the 'victims'.

Its all to easy to ruin someones life by falsely accusing someone of these terrible crimes.
