I know what you mean Milly, but it's good to gorge out (George out!) on junk food TV. That's why I like football so much, it's a great, harmless emotional release that requires no intellectual input. Big Brother is the same. As any of my posts will testify! ;)

I've been reading:

Learning Humility, for Geniuses by Ivor Hugh Gee-go.
(The man makes some good points, but I think I could have done a better job.)

Why do forum friends fall out? by Chris Nand-Maykup.
(I am thinking of buying a few copies and sending them to several forum members here, all of whom I love, but who seem to have forgotten they should love each other, as they once did too. @^@ )

No! Will you lend me your copies? ;)

Where's that bloody 'Muddlemuch' appreciation essay, eh?

What's wrong, can't you read Cliff's notes over his shoulder? Is his handwriting so bad?

The problem with Cliff is that We don't talk anymore, becaue he is always going on a summer holiday with some woman called Carrie who he says is a Living Doll but I know is a devil woman just trying to snare a bachelor boy. *of now to boil my head, for admitting to knowing so many naff songs :D

Oh and I will do the essay when I have finished my current one, which I am really stuck on, it is titled 'AlanLapin, the man behind the myth' subtitled 'Smut and it's origins' :D

Starting Angels and Demons by Dan Brown, I've been told it's just as exciting as Digital Fortress, so can't wait!

Oh CC that is my favourite book of all time, but I would warn you, it is a real love it or hate it book. If you like magic realism you will love it. I read his autobiography and Love in the Time of Chlorera mirrors a lot of his own experiences, some of them a bit on the dodgy side.

I am reading 'I'll go to bed at noon' by Gerard Woodward.

 Rincey.

Cc it is an amalgam of two contrasting elements in the narrative. It shows events and people's actions as on one hand being pretty straightforward and on the other hand as mystical or unreal.
