Easy - go to http://www.mysmilies.com/ and click a smiley you like - do a 'copy' (the code is at the top of the page when you click one) then come back here and 'paste' into a message.

There are other smiley sites where you can get more, but that one will keep you going a while...

It do for me - try using CTRL+C for Copy. Once you've clicked a smiley there the code is highlighted at the top of the page - no need to try and click and drag over it, just click a smiley - CTRL+C and come back here to 'paste' it (CTRL+V)
