considering doing one of these myspace things but not really too sure about the whole point of them other than getting a nice little page to display stuff about yourself.

NM I was telling my dad about it and said it was basically an opportunity for people to talk about themselves. Probably why my daughter likes it so much!

That's about it, all right. I love reading other people's blogs. Sometimes I'll Google a few random words (e.g. 'should I or shouldn't I?'), and it will throw up a link to someone's blog. It's fascinating to read people's thoughts.

I have a friend in Sydney (whom I 'met' via a U.S.-based Forum), and she pours out her heart in her blogs. If I had a blog, I'd want it to be honest, too, but don't think I'm brave enough.

I suppose that is mostly what it's about, but I've made a lot of online friends through it, and been introduced to some good music. They have groups and forums on there too, though I don't use those much.

Sorry I didn't see the query about how to decorate your space earlier, but glad it's been sorted.

There have been a lot of problems with getting on the site recently because of a power outage over in that part of the states but it should be ok now.

They have been having problems since yesterday. The weird thing is that I no longer have Milly's message, and my outbox doesn't have a copy of the two messages I sent to her. WEIRD!!!
