I have a Motorola V220 mobile, on which I have some good photos that Id like to get on my PC and/or print out onto photo paper.

Ive got the required mini USB lead, and when I plug it in to the PC, it asks for the CD for the driver. Obviously there isnt a CD with the mobile.

Ive searched on the net for a driver, but to no avail.

Any tips would be great.

sometimes it will automatically pick up on it. Go on to My Computer, and see if your phone appears as an external drive.

I have an Apple iBook.

I have a new Sony Ericsonn W810i, bought on Monday.

I have a pc installation cd.

In the instruction book, nothing mentions macs.

I've put the CD in the mac drive, and it reads it, but I don't know what to do. Nothing happens instantly when I click any of the files, like when I installed the CDs that set up my computer.

You could tell me to take my iBook and the cd to the Orange shop, but just so they don't laugh at me, does anyone have any ideas?

once you connect the phone to the mac...

check the 'my computer'.
It should show a new drive, from which you can just drag the folder - full of the pictures, onto your desktop. It should be that simple.
