Bought school uniform for my son for his new school and was shocked at how much it was. Why can't they just sell school badges and you can sew them onto cheap Asdas jumps ??

I am just grateful that a friend who's child has left the school gave me some so saving my about £100!!!!!!

Aww CC, that's really good of your friend, I must admit I use to hate seeing the back to school advertising because it always reminded me that the holidays were ending very soon!

I bought a pair of pink shoes in the Jones the Bootmaker sale:

on the ticket it said they were £12 - but when I got to the till, the girl said they were only £9.40 :eek: :eek:

what a bargain {@} (I am wearing them right now)

I bought a chinese takeaway earlier, as I'd no food in the house, and I'm going away tomorrow. Thai chicken fried rice. Very nice, hehe!

And some prawn crackers, which Barney is fighting me for.

I bought a pair of shoes for work from Jones the Bootmaker (v impressed, posh shop) but I can't tell you how much they cost - all I'm saying is they were definitely not in the sale :oops: :oops:
