Kate stays Lee leaves .. by by to the egg headed puncher

Difficult to say whether last night's edit was positive or negative to Kate staying for much longer - & I hope she leaves as quick as possible!
She's survived two evictions & that's good enough.
She has made a real impact, shown AGAIN what a GREAT personality she has - Jade, Nikki & Chantelle are pygmies in personality terms in comparison, but they're happy to take the money for being over-hyped z-list celebrity morons.
Kate even tried to subvert the 'reality tv' genre & suggest a black person should win which Kelle seemed to agree with - although Kate loves Bianca & would be happy with her to win as well.
Personally, I think wanting a black person to win because it's long warranted is tokenism but shows that Kate is no ordinary individual - & Kelle is a good egg.

Kate was quite confrontational during the sit-up/kissing task last night - & the programme seemed to suggest that there was a real chemistry between Kate & Brendan...

And as for Kate's complexion which she will get much stick for - she is steadfastly refusing to wear make-up during the daily tasks - she is quite incredible.

Kate is brill......she will stand up and confront anyone she feels is out of order, she continues to display the girl-next-door appeal that won her the BB3 title. Iwant her to win LI and believe she should because she has made the show and the group more interesting to watch since she arrived.
If I did vote in any of the reality TV shows I would be voting for Kate to win.

And as we’re pretty darn sure Marshall Mathers is watching, we’re proudly putting forth the performances from MC Lisp (the Lawler) and MCB (Besty), as they mix it up on the decking and creatively cuss each other.

But whilst Kate came over all Slim Shady on us, Sophie and Brendan dug down deep, only to emerge with 50 pence worth of prowess.

“Kate was definitely the best, it was right up her street,” a nevertheless game Ms Anderton admitted later on. “It’s the sort of thing she likes doing.

Love Island - Kelle Gets Excited


Kelle has given away her true feelings about winning by jumping on her bed and yelping with delight when she realised she’d been saved for another day.

As Paddy announced she was save she hugged him and laughed with delight.

Later she said: “I’m so excited. For me every time I get through an eviction I’m like, ‘wow’, I’m so chuffed. I can’t explain how I feel.”

She then bounced on her bed and threw cushions around as she yelled: “Oh my God. It’s nuts.”

But her excitement has been noticed by the other celebrities.

Brendan said: “Kelle does get very excited when she’s safe. I do kind of think, ‘oo, there’s still people up for eviction’. I wish she’d be a bit more sensitive to that.”


Calum said: “Kelle, I have noticed she’s starting to throw in some things that make me think she wants it. She jumps on her bed, well happy that she won. Fair play if she really wants to win, she really wants to win. Good for her.” femalefirst

They’d known each other just over a week but already their sensual smooches were making waves on Love Island.

Frantically missing Lee’s comedy capers, Kate confessed she was horrified when both Lee and Chris were both up for eviction, as they’re her best boys.

She said: ”I’m a little bit gutted because my pal has gone. I didn’t want Chris or Lee to go – they’re my two favourite boys and they make me laugh.

“I’ve lost my bed buddy now.”

So, with Chris losing Colleen, and Kate pining for Lee, will they find night-time solace beneath one another’s duvet?

Well we do have one clue! Earlier today, Kate mused: “I wasn’t sure if I fancied Lee or not. I don’t think I did.

“I like tall boys.”

LEE'S OUT THE WAY

LEE Otway is the latest celebrity to be voted off Love Island, after losing out to Chris Brosnan.

Despite being voted the most likely fella to win the show by the other contestants only yesterday, the British public obviously felt very differently.

It was a tense heat between himself and 007’s son but it was little Lee who got the boot and a slippery snog from wannabe celeb and former Big Brother star Kate Lawler.

As his fellow islanders gave him hugs, the Lawler launched her lips at him.

After his eviction, the 24-year-old told Patrick Kielty and Fern Cotton that he couldn’t wait to see his latest love interest at the wrap party for the series.

He also revealed skinny Kate had told him she spent the night cuddling his vest when he was on a desert island with Bianca.

Lee’s time in Fiji has been particularly eventful and Kate hasn’t been the only woman to float his boat.

He fell hook line and sinker for Playboy bunny Colleen and after failing to woo the minx, threw an almighty tantrum in the Beach hut, which involved throwing and smashing whatever he could lay his hands on.

The former Hollyoaks actor also came to blows with dancer Brendan during an off-camera argument in a limousine as the boys were returning from a yacht trip with a group of female models.

The feuding pair ended up having fisticuffs after Lee threw the first punch – and got six back – one for every week he’d annoyed the prancer, apparently.

But Lee reckons he knows what Brendan’s problem is and why they’ve been at each other’s throats from the start of the ITV show – jealousy.

Kate pining as Lee leaves Love Island

Fans of Love Island may not be missing Lee much, but one of the contestants he left behind certainly is.

Kate Lawler, who made a name for herself after winning Big Brother and taking part in Celebrity Wrestling, admitted in the beach hut that she is "a little bit gutted" that Lee has been voted off the island.

"My pal has gone. I didn't want Chris or Lee to go – they're my two favourite boys and they make me laugh," she said. "I've lost my bed buddy now."

Although Kate had been hugging and kissing Lee, she said that she didn't fancy him as she preferred "dark blondes".

"Weird. It's like a brother/sister relationship. We are the best of friends and bed buddies…we just liked flirting with each other really and I just think his personality is wicked and he cracks me up," she sighed.

Sophie, in her usual selfless fashion, admitted that she was "sad to see Lee go in a way", but that "I'm still here, I'm so happy".

Meanwhile an unlikely pair have finally had sex on the island – two stray cats.

After watching the action in the kitchen, Kate commented: "It's the most action they're going to get on this show – two cats bonking."

kates been a big disapointment so far

cosying up to the little twerp lee, her running comentaries in the diary room, the suggestion that kellie should win cos she's black. none of which have impressed me one bit (not that she cares what i think, of course)

as for kellie, kellie should win because she's by far the nicest woman in there, not because of the colour of her skin. it does her a great diservice to even suggest that

Kate never said this, I know Pil said it earlier too, they were discussing who would win as a task. Kate mentioned that no black woman had won a British RTV show, a statement of fact, rather then a manifesto. Kelle agreed with her, then said she didn't think "types like her" win these sort of shows.

I actually think its turned out better then I'd hoped (remembering I really didn't want her in there at all). Kates come across as lively and fun, well-liked in the group, and ratings are up. I thought her excercise class was very funny. Her commentaries are a bit pointless, but they use it, and similar from other inmates, rather then having a narrator like marcus bentley.

The Lee-thing, is just another example of her going for the wrong men.

Exclusive: Lee has the last word


And what an experience it was! From being besotted with B, kicking trees over Colleen and brawling with Brendan in the back of a limo, you could say Lee packed in more in Fiji than he ever could in an average night in Leeds…

“A bit of me still wants to be in there because I’m missing the gang already,” he told us, when we caught up with the lad back at the hotel.

“It’s nice to be out though because I’ve rung me mates back home, and it’s nice to have a few drinks!”

So let’s cut to the chase as we’re talking about mates – we all want to know why Lee sided with Calum over Leo when he busted back in to get back with Bianca.

“As a friend I just felt it was a bit harsh for Leo to come back on the show when Calum and Bianca had had something.

“So when things happened between Calum and Bianca I was just a mate towards Cal really.

So there’s no guilt at all when it comes to dissing his pal?

“Well, I was in an awkward situation there because I’d shared a bed with Leo and he was there through me trying to woo Colleen and all that daft business,” he admits.

Ah, that ‘daft business.’ What on earth went through Lee’s mind when he mangled the microphone in the Beach Hut that night?

“I just felt like Colleen had lead me on,” Lee recollects. “No disrespect to her, it was probably me misinterpreting a lot of it. I just felt embarrassed.

“Mine was genuine human emotion, it was genuine hurt.”

But never fear, for the Lawler is here, and Lee soon fell for our foxy new female when she literally jetted into the Resort.

“I never said I fell for Kate!” Lee reprimands us. “I think every 24 year old lad in the country fancies Kate, but I don’t know what my thoughts are and how she feels.”

So how did things stand when Lee left Love Island?

“She wrote me a note,” he reveals. “It was nice. It’s exciting actually. I’m looking forward to meeting up with Kate after the show definitely.”

So despite the odd snog and under the duvet cuddle at night, poor Lee was left hanging, and horrendously horny!

“I was waking up with an erection every morning,” he says, as if we didn’t know! “I think Leo once described me as a walking hard on.

“I know that’s definitely the longest I’ve been without sex. The next girl I meet’s going to have a right seeing to!”

Lovely! And apart from the rampant youth that we wouldn’t change for the world, what has Love Island brought to Lee Otways’s life?

“It’s helped people see the real me, not just the daft blond haired kid on Hollyoaks.

“It’s made people see my good things and my bad things, and I’d like to think the good out-weighs the bad.”

Kate has a hurl of a day!


When Kate and Calum are bundled onto a sea plane and flown to a deserted island for lunch on teh beach, Calum can’t believe his eyes, whilst a strangely green looking Kate can’t bear to look!

”We flew half an hour to this random island and it was fu**king beautiful,” Calum says as they set foot in the Resort.

“We got on this boat… pulled up round the corner and pulled up on this beach – and there was a table and chairs in the ocean.

“We had lunch, champagne and drink, we swam, drank cocktails and flew back. It was beautiful.”

Kate’s version of events however, was a little, erm, less romantic…

“We went on a sea plane and I was sick everywhere, it was horrible,” she moaned in bed to B.

“I’m alright now. I was just sick on the plane.

“It was a mess, Calum held my hand I was crying. I was a mess…the biggest mess!”
