The third season of Big Brother in Bulgaria will start in secret several days before it was supposed to, organizers from Nova TV have surprisingly revealed.

The 16 to enter the refurbished house, however would not be the official players but their backups, Trud daily reported.

Each of the people, who will enter Thursday and stay for three days, will have the chance to land a spot on the official show line-up if they manage to really impress the producers with unconventional behavior. Cameras will be taping the extras' every move, but the footage would not be shown to the public.

The "real" reality show will start Monday when the final selection of 16 contestants enters the house in the limelight. Those, who during their three-day preliminary stay failed to impress will remain unbeknownst to the public.

During the three-day preliminary, all "official" contestants will be hid at an undisclosed location with no contact with the rest of the world.

This season's house will spread over the same footage as the previous one, but it will seem smaller, as there would be more rooms and more bathrooms.

The third season of Big Brother reality show in Bulgaria would start on September 18.

Just like the previous editions Big Brother 3 would continue three months but producers promised a ‘completely new format,’ avtora.com reported.

For the first time the Bulgarian Big Brother would have a talk show named Big Mouth. The host of the show has not been named yet.

Viewers would get the chance to take part in the talk show through phone calls and internet chat. The most interesting posts and opinions would be read during the show.

Through the advertising campaign producers already hinted the identities of some participants in the show, who would live together under camera surveillance in the house of Big Brother.

Among the participants in the third edition were a woman abandoned by her husband and a husband who cheated on his wife, avtora.com reported.

ADSL Users to Get Full Doze of Big Brother in Bulgaria

ADSL users in Bulgaria will be able to follow the life of 16 contestants in the third edition of Big Brother life and non-stop, Bulgaria's Telco announced.

Everyone who accesses the net through BTC's servers will have access to a special VIP section of the reality show's website, allowing them a round-the-clock peephole into the house.

The Nova + TV channel will also show the contestants' every waking (and sleeping) hour but only those subscribed to cable operators Evrokomkabel, Skat and Dobrudzha Kabel will be able to watch it.

The third season of the reality show will start Monday.

PREGNANT WOMAN AND CLERGYMAN TAKE PART IN BULGARIA'S BIG BRO 3

The third edition of Big Brother in Bulgaria started on September 18 with the entry of 16 participants in the constantly monitored house of the reality show.

A pregnant woman would be among the participants. Svetlana planned to remain in the house long enough to give birth there as a part of her life’s new beginning.

One clergyman also decided to take part in the show, despite the fact that the Bulgarian Orthodox Church sharply criticised the advertising campaign of the show.

Other participants include a separated couple, a chef, one dancer and the wife of a participant in Big Brother 2. The majority of competitors for the prize are women.

Four of the competitors are from Sofia, two come from Sliven and the others are from Bourgas, Pleven, Blagoevgrad, Varna, Chirpan, Brusartsi, Popovo and Gulubovo.

Representatives of various age groups would have to live together in the coming three months. The youngest competitor is aged 18, while the oldest is a 57-year-old woman.
