THE Look, the agency which represents Miss Scotland Nicola McLean, and Colours, which provides hostesses for events at Hampden Park, are to merge, creating Scotland's biggest provider of models, actors and hospitality girls.
The Look, founded by former Daily Record fashion editor Fiona Black, will combine with Colours, run by former models Alison Bruce and Rosalynd McLean. As part of the deal, McLean and Bruce will invest in the merged business, while Black is expected to scale down her role to consultant and part-time director.
The new company, to be known as Colours and the Look Agency, will operate from Colours' offices in Glasgow.
It will represent about 3,000 models, actors, hostesses and performers, including
Big Brother stars Shell Jubin and Spencer Smith, Madonna's bagpiper, Lorne Cousin, and the two most recent Miss Scotland winners.
