A good service for once thought I'd share it.

I bought a pair of Reebok pump trainers on holiday in Florida this May paid about $60 for them in an outlet, they've taken a bit of a battering since but nothing too bad, about a month ago one of the dials which activates the pump in the shoe fell off and I lost it (it was under the seat in the car). I emailed Reebok asking if they could send another, got an email back saying they would send me a freepost bag to return the shoes so they could repair or replace. This came a few days later.

I sent the shoes off and had a letter back a week later saying they were found to be faulty and since they don't have that type would I like to choose another pair.

I rang on Friday and chose a similar pair which over here cost £80 today a brand spanking pair of new pump trainers appeared :D :D

Well done Reebok it's not often these days you get a service like that and I'm well chuffed with them I just hope these ones don't break cos they're dead comfy! {@} {@}

That is really good to hear Obo, and yes very rare to get service like that and also shows even if the shoes were bought in May it's worth enquiring on a repair, too many people these days would just bin them and buy a new pair, but well you got a new pair in the end anyway! ()^

Very rare that you get such good service from such a big company. I think I'm going to have to get myself some Reebok trainers.

I only asked for a new dial to replace the lost one I was quite prepared to fit it myself as without it the trainers dont fit as well but instead got a brand new pair.

That's brilliant PR by Reedok....They have got at least one more sale from it. :D

I think a lot of companies will give you good deal if you ask and in the right way. A lot of people don't ask.
Dysons are good.
