Big Brother's Big Mouth presenter Russell Brand says "don't believe the hype" over rumours that he is a serial womaniser.
Brand has been linked with a string of famous women, including supermodel Kate Moss, but the comic and TV presenter insists that people shouldn't believe everything they read.
He says at best his exploits are "exaggerated" by the media and at worst "completely made up".
Brand insists he spends much of his free time working with drugs rehabilitation charity, Focus 12.
And he claims the little time he has left is taken up thinking about his cat and how he can help others.
