I won the SPL sweepie at school (ie predicted the six results correctly this past weekend) - £63 cash in hand for me :) {@}

I'm really chuffed because today I cooked lunch for eight people (and got a bit stressed in the process), but it went really well and they loved the food.

I'm really chuffed because having gone most of my life never having won anything at a raffle, at a guides Christmas concert (I really know how to live it up), last night, we could have won 6 prizes in a row. My daughter was hopping up and down like a jack in the box, but I only let her take two of the prizes and the rest were re-drawn. It was a bit embarrassing but lots of fun.


And btw lovely idea for a thread Felicity, so can I also say I'm really chuffed that Felicity started this thread.

Am really chuffed because I got a letter from an old friend, we exhange cards each Christmas, but haven't met up in years.

I was planning to post a card to Dublin, but it turns out he's living in Chile now, and I'm thrilled for him, as I know how much it means to him to be doing such worthwhile work out there.

He included his e-mail address and said 'stay in touch'. Try and stop me!::lol::

I found out today I'm exempt from one of my exams January due to continuous assessment marks - yippeeeee!
