Fair boss Sugar lacks spice
HE may "fire" people on telly, calling them "lightweights" and "nutters" - but former Apprentice winner Tim Campbell reckons Sir Alan Sugar is just a boring boss at heart.
The 29-year-old - who won the hit BBC series in 2005 - announced yesterday he was leaving his £100,000-a-year role working for the multi-millionaire's Amstrad empire.
Tim said: "There's no mad story there as to why I am leaving. I was just a boring diligent worker and he was just a boring, really good, boss.
"The viewers only see this gruff person shouting at people over the boardroom table.
"But Sir Alan is a very astute businessman and very charismatic.
"I certainly wouldn't go so far as to say he is a pussycat - he is a very hard task master - but he is very fair and direct.
