You bad girls

GORGEOUS Girls Aloud will stun fans by simulating SEX in their hotter-than-hot show tour starting tomorrow.

One of the raunchiest stage acts in pop history is expected to give male fans Something Kinda Oooooh.

But many parents of school-age devotees have already reacted by banning their kids from the shows.

And last night, media watchdogs warned that a planned telly recording of one of the live gigs could be banned from the small screen if the show proves too hot to handle.

John Beyer, director of Mediawatch-UK, said: “All channels have a special responsibility to protect young people under the age of 18 from harmful and offensive material.

“It is very difficult to see how a programme like this would comply with those regulations.”

The multi-million pound Greatest Hits tour starts in Newcastle upon Tyne – where rumours of the content have sent ticket sales through the roof.

Likely lads can’t wait to find out whether babes Sarah Harding, 25, Nadine Coyle, 21, Cheryl Tweedy, 23, Kimberley Walsh, 25, and Nicola Roberts, 21, are Girls Aloud or Girls ALEWD.

A tour source said: “The girls are really going for it with this one.

“They are keen to show they are a slick, grown-up pop act and really want to leave a big impression. They’ve been hard at work plannning the gigs for a long time and among the things they’ve got up their sleeves is simulating sex.

“It’s the hottest they’ve ever been on stage and it’s going to leave some of the fans hot under the collar.

“They are all stunning girls and want to show off their figures in fishnet tights, corsets and other sexy outfits.

“Its going to be very Madonna-like.

“Girls Aloud are not little girls any more. They are sexy adults and want that to come across.”

One mum who’s not too pleased about the super-sexy image is Lucy Bayfield, 31 – who was due to take her 12-year-old daughter Ella to see the group at the Hallam FM Arena in Sheffield next week.

That is one of the tour venues stipulating that under-13s must be accompanied by an adult.

But Lucy, of Leeds, said: “I won’t be taking Ella along. She is a massive Girls Aloud fan and she is distraught that I won’t let her go, especially as the tickets were a gift.

“But I took her to see the group last June and thought then that it was a bit too sexy.

“Anything raunchier would be just too much for some of their younger fans.

“And I know a number of other mums who agree with me.”

A spokesman for the group would not give any more details of the shows.
Adults

But he insisted: “Girls Aloud are NOT aimed at a teenage audience and they never have been.

“They have built a prolonged and successful and critically-acclaimed career by aiming at young adults.

“Their new tour has been designed to reflect that.”

Over the last five years. the girls have achieved 15 consecutive Top 10 singles and four platinum albums.

They were formed as a group for the 2002 reality TV smash Popstars: The Rivals and are now listed in the Guinness Book Of World Records as the most successful reality TV group.

Fans who can’t get tickets for this tour can only hope that it will make their TV screens, probably after the 9pm watershed. dailystarsunday

Gest banned from BBC radio

Music producer David Gest was banned from a BBC national radio station on Friday when he failed to turn up on time for an interview.

Gest was late for his scheduled appearance on BBC Radio 1's Chris Moyles Breakfast Show and the furious DJ vowed Liza Minnelli's ex would never be invited back.

Moyles fumed on air: "Don't stand me up you freaky little man. Get your ass in my building. I don't care how many of the bloody Jacksons you know. That dude better come in crawling on his hands and knees."

Gest's rep reportedly called the studio to inform producers his client was running late due to traffic, but an unsympathetic Moyles continued: "It's cancelled. I'm so angry, and I'm sorry to all our listeners.

"I believe it was a farce and they had no intention of bringing him in. I'm shaking I'm so angry. If I was tough I'd kill someone today."

Gest allegedly arrived at 8.45am, 15 minutes after his slot, but was refused access to Moyles.

Gest's spokesperson says: "We were caught up in bad traffic in the West End. David is upset he couldn't go on the show. That is a decision that Chris made." [url=http://www.breakingnews.ie/entertainment/?jp=MHKFAUOJOJKF]breakingnews

Top 20 Star Confessions on Drugs
This is a list of celebrities who honestly confessed their drug experiences… and mostly enjoyed them.

Angelina Jolie: I hate heroin because it fascinates me. I am not immune to it, but I never want to try it again.

Brad Pitt: If someone wants to use drugs… as long as they are not affecting the youth, driving under the influence or in any way harming other people`s lives, then I think they are entitled to it.

Colin Farrell: I ended up on a psychiatric couch and the doctor told me to write down how many times I did drugs in a week: 20 ecstasies, 4 grammes of cocaine, 6 grammes of speed, 30 grammes of hashish, 3 bottles of Jack Daniels, 12 bottles of red vine and 30 litres of beer.

Drew Barrymore: As if there was a neon sign, constantly blinking in my head: COCAINE, GET COCAINE. And I got it. It was excellent for parties, diets and lightening things up.

George Clooney: I have slept with too many women, spent too much drugs and went to too many parties. When I was in college, I loved to trip. It was an escape. I also loved magic mushrooms. They were like a lighter version of a trip. I also loved cocaine. Cocaine prepared you for a party, but it never actually takes you there. Every time, you think it will be excellent, but then depression kicks in.

Fergie Ferguson: Drugs were like a boyfriend to me, who is terribly hard to break up with.

Nicole Richie: I was like a trash can- I took everything.

Halle Berry: People in my line of work use cocaine and crack but I never wanted to poison my body with that. Why should I? When I was 18 or 19 I tried smoking pot, but I got paranoid and did not dare to leave the house.

Anthony Kiedis: I grew up around drugs, but I outgrew them just recently.

Davina McCall:
Name me a drug and I will tell you I tried it. Cocaine, ecstasy, heroin even – but I never injected it. I was working and it seemed like I had everything under control. But then sudden mood swings appeared.

Bill Hicks: You see, I think drugs did many good things. I honestly do. If you disagree with me, do me a favour and try this: go home tonight and take all albums you own, all tapes and CD`s and burn them. Because you know, all musicians, who did all this excellent music that has made your lives more beautiful, they were fuc**** high.

Joel Madden: If there were no cigarettes, I would probably be on heroin. Every day.

Madonna: I once tried Vicodin. Drugs have a strange effect on me. It is like they have an opposite effect. I chewed the whole inside of my mouth and was a bitch towards everyone the entire time. And everything hurt even more. It was the worst experience of my life. I am lucky to say that all the medications and narcotic I was offered do not attract me or affect me at all.

Pete Doherty: Always, sooner or later, I get back to them.

Naomi Campbell: It was one time at a concert somewhere in Europe when cocaine was offered to me. I felt invincible. As if I could conquer the world. I was simply self-confident more than it is normal. But this was all a misconception because when you wake up the next day and the effect of cocaine ends, you feel terrible. The more cocaine you take, the more you want it. And this is how you become an addict.

Kate Moss: I take full responsibility for my actions.- I also accept I have various personal reasons that stimulate me to do various things and I have taken hard, but necessary steps to solve them.

George Michael: Cannabis keeps me aware and happy. I have said this was excellent drugs – but it is obviously not quite healthy. You cannot afford to smoke cannabis if there is work to be done.

Keith Richards: The oddest thing I snorted? My dad. I snorted my dad. He was cremated and I could not resist mixing him with a little cocaine. This would not have upset my dad.

Whitney Houston: My job is sex, drugs and rock `n` roll- My friends and I have a good time. But the older and wiser you get, you stop things like that. Trust me. I partied myself senseless. Sooner or later, every party ends.

Sienna Miller: I still love unusual hallucinogenic drugs. If I could have my pick, it would be magic mushrooms. javno

SLY: I’M GUILTY

ROCKY star Sylvester Stallone has pleaded guilty to importing a banned growth hormone into Australia.

According to the Boston Herald, the 60-year-old, speaking through lawyers said: “I made a terrible mistake, not because I was attempting to deceive anyone but I was simply ignorant to your official rules.

“I feel terrible that my breach of the rules has set a poor example to members of the public, whose opinion I cherish dearly.”

The 60-year-old was stopped at Sydney airport in February and prosecution documents said Stallone marked ‘no’ on official documents asking if he was bringing banned substances into the country.

When customs searched his luggage they found 48 vials of a suspicious substance.

He did not attend the Sydney court, but confessed to carrying a human growth hormone Jintropin, which is meant to reduce body fat and increase muscle mass.

Its advertisers also claim it improves sexual desire.

Prosecutors also claim that three days after the incident Stallone threw four vials out of his hotel window when officials came to search it.

The muscle-bound Hollywood actor will be sentenced next Monday and faces a maximum fine of $18,000 (£9,100) on each charge because he is being sentenced in a local court.

However if his case was heard in a federal court, he could be facing five years in jail and a fine of £91,500 (£46,000). Mirror

TARRANT BAFFLED

CHRIS Tarrant yesterday hit back at claims he attacked a diner in a fit of temper at an Indian restaurant.

The Who Wants To Be A Millionaire? host is said to have cut a man's arm when he threw a piece of cutlery at him.

But Tarrant, 60, said the first he knew about it was when police arrested him at his hotel.

He explained: "It's just utter nonsense. There was no aggro, no temper and no problem. What his motives are I don't know.

"I'm absolutely shocked, bemused and totally confused. You couldn't make any of this lot up."

Tarrant was having a meal with a TV colleague shortly before the arrest on Sunday night.

He had shared a friendly chat with the alleged victim and his girlfriend a couple of tables away.

The man is said to have been quoting the "phone-a-friend" catchphrase from the Millionaire show.

Tarrant revealed: "It was the sort of normal day-to-day banter I get.

"I said, 'Fine, mate. I don't want to hear the story of your life'.

"I sat myself down. It was still very amiable and as I went past him, I said, 'Can I just have a meal with my mate?

"He said, 'Yeah, fine' and I lobbed, and I stress lobbed, whatever. Actually, it was a whatever. I don't know if it was a spoon or a fork or a napkin. And that was it."

Tarrant claimed he then sat down at the man's table and chatted about the food.

He added: "It was all pretty amicable. Nothing had happened. There had been no confrontation."

Police sources confirmed the alleged victim had a minor cut on his arm which appeared consistent with an injury caused by a knife. It is thought the cutlery had been wrapped in a napkin.

Tarrant denied booze was to blame and dismissed his actions at MemSaab restaurant in Nottingham as "horseplay".

He told Sky News: "I had one beer and I think we shared a bottle of wine. Yes, I lobbed something, but I stress we're not talking like that, it was just 'Can we have a break, mate?' That was the extent of it. It's not a major deal. It was a bit of horseplay. There was no malice involved. Mucking about with a fan. It happens a lot."

Tarrant was questioned under caution and held for two hours before being bailed to appear at the police station next month. He has hired a lawyer.

The restaurant's owner, Naj Aziz, said staff had not seen an incident, but said a customer had mentioned "something had gone wrong" on leaving.

Mr Aziz added: "Personally I think the whole thing is blown out of proportion."

The drama caps a terrible year for Tarrant. He was recently banned from driving for six months for speeding.

He has also been fighting to save his £20million fortune in a bitter divorce with wife Ingrid.

The couple split after Tarrant admitted a seven-year affair.

Lily hits back over Tweedy jibe

Lily Allen has blamed Girls Aloud star Cheryl Tweedy for sending her into a spiral of depression over her looks.

The 22-year-old singer posted a tearful confession on her Myspace page complaining she felt “fat and ugly” and saying she was considering plastic surgery.

Now Allen has revealed it was brought on by reading hurtful comments in which Tweedy branded her a “chick with a d***”.

In her latest post, Allen said Tweedy’s jibe – coupled with the constant comparisons to supermodel Kate Moss as they launched rival fashion ranges - which pushed her over the edge.

And she hit back with a furious rant at Tweedy.

She wrote: “Hi guys, I’m sorry if I worried anyone with the blog I wrote yesterday. I was feeling pretty sorry for myself. I’ve been reading all your comments and they have made me realise there is more to life than being thin! So thank you.

“I think I was just having a hard time last week after reading Cheryl Tweedy’s comments branding me a ’chick with a d***’.

“I was feeling pretty low and as well as that, some of you might know I launched my clothing line for New Look last Tuesday, and seeing my picture in so many newspapers next to Kate Moss’s made me feel grotesque momentarily.

“I know it’s a silly way to feel and I am incredibly proud of myself and my achievements over the past year. There are so many good things about my life. I really am incredibly lucky. I guess it shows how much of an effect the media can have on us young ladies.”

And in a blast at Tweedy, who is married to Chelsea star Ashley Cole, she wrote: “I know I’ve said bad things about people in the past, though the majority of them have been blown way out of proportion, but this I mean.

“Cheryl, if you’re reading this, I may not be as pretty as you but at least I write and SING my own songs without the aid of autotune. I must say taking your clothes off, doing sexy dancing and marrying a rich footballer must be very gratifying, your mother must be so proud, stupid bitch.”

Tweedy made her comments during an appearance on Gordon Ramsay’s Channel 4 show The F Word.

Fans bombarded Allen's site with messages of support after her first posting, written from a hotel room in the US, in which she said: ``I used to pride myself on being strong-minded and not being some stupid girl obsessed with the way I look.

“I felt like it didn’t matter if I was a bit chubby ’cause I’m not a model, I’m a singer.

“I’m afraid I am not strong and have fallen victim to the evil machine. I write to you in a sea of tears from my hotel bed in Seattle. I have spent the past hour researching gastric bypass surgery and laser liposuction.”

She titled her blog “fat, ugly and sh**er than Winehouse”.

In her latest message, she explains the reference to fellow singer Amy Winehouse.

“As for the Amy Winehouse bit, someone sent me a link to a picture blog where there were some paparazzi shots of my brother and I, and there were hundreds of comments from mean, sad people saying I was a fat, ugly bitch and how much better Amy is than I,” she said.

“Usually I ignore these things, but in my heightened emotional state I let them get the better of me.

“My mum has come out here to keep me company and I feel much better now. I shan’t be getting any surgery, instead I will be eating lots of bread and pasta and thinking about what to write about for the next album.

“I really am touched and was quite surprised at the reaction the blog received and it definitely has restored my faith in humanity.” breakingnews

Silverman didn't provide further details.

De Matteo, 35, concluded her run on "The Sopranos" when her character was killed in the fifth season of the hit mob drama.
