Jade Goody To Face Driving Charges


Reality TV star Jade Goody is due to appear in court today charged with motoring offences.


The former Big Brother contestant, 26, of Chipping Ongar, Essex, is charged with two counts of driving without a licence.

She is due to appear before Basildon Magistrates Court from 2pm.

Thames Valley Police said Goody was stopped at Newport Pagnell services on the M1 in Buckinghamshire in November.

Reality television star Jade Goody has been given a six-month driving ban after admitting a series of motoring offences.
The 26-year-old, of Chipping Ongar, Essex, appeared at Basildon Magistrates Court.

The former Big Brother contestant admitted driving her BMW car with a provisional driving licence on November 3 on the M1 motorway at Newport Pagnell, Buckinghamshire.

She also pleaded guilty to driving the vehicle otherwise in accordance with her licence and to driving with no insurance.

Goody pleaded guilty to two further offences of driving otherwise in accordance with her licence and without insurance on March 27 in Brentwood, Essex.

Sentencing, magistrates' chairman Richard Albon ordered Goody to pay more than £1,500 in fines and court costs and said 14 points would be added to her driving licence, meaning she would be banned under the totting-up procedure.

Where were her John Noel Management friends, Davina, Dermot & Russell, when this happened??
Will they make a comment regarding Jade's appearance on CBB5? - Don't be silly.

At least her children will be safe for the next six months...

SHAMED reality star Jade Goody has been banned from driving for six months after admitting a string of motoring offences.

The 26-year-old pleaded with magistrates not to impose the ban and even attempted to use her fame to get off as she said her profile makes it impossible to use public transport.
