I know ellie it's because I saw the add about the lady with the sickness phobia and as it was the same one as mine I had to watch it. That's my excuse and I'm sticking to it :D

You wouldn't want to be around when I get a kidney stone fragment on the move ! Once it sticks it becomes quite painful but with it comes the fact that you can't keep anything down until is moves and that liquids or solids. It's like a scene from a famous horror movie and from the start of one of the Scary Movie films with what I think could be described projectile vomiting ! Not nice and you really do empty.

As for phobias ,think the only one I have is water ! Or more to the point putting my head under water. This stems back to when I was about 2 and involved a large pond. Now I have not recollection of falling in the pond but I can remember standing in the middle of it and someone shouting. This is why I've never learnt to swim as they always insisted that you put your head under the water. Now I'll go up to my neck in a pool and the sea but I can't go under the surface.

I love heights ,insects ,spiders ,rodents ,speed. I may have traces of a fear of falling on ice though I'm not conscious of it though I can be a bit hesitant while advancing at skating but once tried successfully the hesitance goes a way.

I used to be fearful of travelling to places on my own but using trains to get to BB auditions over the last few years have helped a lot to over come this ,plus the shyness is almost non-existent as a result.
Plus using a Satnav to get to skating has helped over come the fear of driving long distances.

Another thing that makes me feel really funny (not a phobia but I'll change the title a bit in a mo) is wobbly teeth. My son is 7 and yet to lose any milk teeth. However he has a really wobbly one at the bottom and I feel so squeemish about it. I remember it with my daughter too.

Spewing and wobbly teeth - totally agree! I haven't been sick for a long time but generally have a panic attack in the middle of it and start apologising constantly, it's just horrible but guess it is for everyone. Other people being sick is just as bad but when I'm a teacher am just going to have to get over it I guess!

Quite a lot of different things make me feel funny. Actually no, think my wee list should maybe be taken out as it is quite particular

One thing that stopped me eating was footage of the FBI Body Farm. Can't remember if it was the Ch5 or Ch4 program which was the graphic version but I have no problem eating while watching major surgery or autopsies(mainly archaeological types) but the graphic version of the farm with detailed footage of the decaying corpses including close-ups made me put down what I was eating.

And I love anything connected with Forensics .

Wasps and Bees! I got stung as a child and I've had a fear of them ever since.

I don't like Spiders either.
