Two-Year-Old Found Dead Inside Hot Car In Clermont Co.
The Clermont County Coroner's office has been called to Glen Este Middle School in Union Township after a two-year-old girl apparently died inside a hot vehicle Thursday afternoon.
Union Township dispatchers say the two-year-old girl was found in her mother's silver Mercedes SUV just after 3 p.m., with the vehicle's windows completely rolled up.
9 News Reporter Jay Warren has learned that the child was left in the SUV for several hours, and according to a Union Township police department official, temperatures in the car easily could have reached 115 degrees.
It's believed that the young girl's mother is an employee at the school.
