every now and again i get a little voice coming out my comp speaker, it only lasts a few seconds and i cant tell what it says

now assuming i'm not turning schizophrenic does anyone know where and why this is coming from?

Your not along ,a chap up the road from me has the same thing on his son's PC but I can't tell you the source as I couldn't Isolate it. I think it's Internet born rather than RF break-though.

Disconnecting from the Internet for a period of time to see if it reappears will eliminate this source. If your on cable your'll have to disconnect the modem.

RF isn't so easy to get rid off. Ferrite rings in the cables to the speaker and their power source if it uses an external power source might cure it but not always.

That would initially spook me out, and then intrigue me.

I suppose I'd have no need to worry unless I started talking back to it (which is entirely possible).

What were the little voices telling you to do?
