Thanks Madeline

A mate of mine managed to get to see the game, and Anthony played for the Emmerdale team.

She met him afterwards and had a good chat with him. He is still doing his 70s dancing and is to star in Snow White and The Seven Dwarfs at the New Empire theatre Southend this Christmas. He is playing the part of the Prince.

Rivalries renewed for charity

Old football rivalries are being renewed in the name of charity.
Sunderland and Newcastle United stars of the past will go head-to-head in a Tyne-Wear derby with a difference.

Under the colours of His Grace, The Duke of Northumberland and The Right Honourable, Earl of Durham, the match at St James's Park will be the final event in the Prince's Trust Sports Challenge.

World Cup winner Jack Charlton manages Earl Durham's team, which includes Roker Park favourites John Kay, Dickie Ord, Gary Bennett, Craig Russell, Allan Johnson, Paul Bracewell and Sunderland AFC chairman Niall Quinn.

Joining them will be Middlesbrough manager Gareth Southgate and chairman Steve Gibson, Big Brother winner Anthony Hutton and Durham cricketer Neil Killeen.

Had a great afternoon at St James' Park watching all the legends from Newcastle and Sunderland.

Anthony was playing for the Newcastle team, alongside Alan Shearer, Peter Beardsley and Paul Gascoigne to name a few. He didn't look out of place among such talented footballers, and played extremely well.

Anthony's team won the match 5 - 3 :D

Newcastle legends back in action.

Newcastle United favourite John Beresford is among the old pros turning out in a benefit game on Sunday. The match - being held at Gateshead International Stadium - is in honour of ex Felling FC striker Chris Heron, who died tragically last season.

Beresford will be joined by Kevin Carr, John Anderson, Joe Allon, Billy Askew and Alan Shoulder in a "celebrity" XI to take on a Felling select side.

Big Brother winner Anthony Hutton will also be taking part
