yes I aggree wil Niki, Beneylyn thingys are the best, although they don't stop you getting the cough that comes after the cold, but a cough is easy to live with.
I find that as soon as you know you're coming down with a cold, that taking loads of vitamic c really helps it not becoming a bad cold. You can overdose on it too...I take about 4 tablets at the very first sign and they are 333% of the RDA. You can't overdose on it as it doesn't stay in the body for long, but it really does help, as long as you take them before the cold really takes hold. Oh and if your nose is really streamingly running, an anti histimine helps too.

BLOODY GREAT Ive got it now I reckon I caught it through the ******* computer...

Got blocked (but runny) nose, VERY VERY VERY sore throat cant stop sneezing and feel generally rotten...and ive gotta put up with this for 2 weeks??

I hope I dont get the cough cos Ive got bad asthma and getting a cough is quite scarey!
