Former UK Big Brother housemate Narinder Kaur who wrote a book on her experiences inside the house, recalled the difficulty of making an overnight transition from nobody to somebody.

"You have no media training, you have no after care, no psychologist helping you afterwards and it's a big adjustment," she said.

I'm sure I've asked this before, but did anybody get a hold of the book that Narinder put together?

I'm wondering when she became a somebody ${

I didn't dislike her I just thought she rated herself more than something she actually was and I LOATHE that. She was unheard of, did a few weeks on a rtv show and now goes down in the history books as an ex housemate. Maybe I'm mising something but I'm looking for the reason she needs media training and psychology :-?

I've got a copy of the book, bought it in an idle moment on Amazon (when it was reduced). Not read it yet though. If anyone wants a look, let me know...

I would like a look sometime, no rush. In fact, do they still print that thing in books that says they should not be lent, re-sold, hired etc without the publisher's consent? :naughty:

hahaha - well, I won't tell if you don't! ;)

Remind me though, because I'm bound to forget (and I don't think I'm going to get it read soon, cos I'm moving house in a few months time..)
