I'm a lot better thank you larry, it seemed to go on for ages though. Still feel really really tired sometimes and quite often seem to fall asleep in the afternoon if I have the chance which I never used to do. Not a good thing though because it means I go to sleep later at night!

Just got back from a 10 mile bike ride.
I wish the terrain was flatter round here !
Down one road into the valley you could easily do 50MPH+ but you'd never stop for the traffic lights at the bottom but then climbing up the other side in what I called 7th gear (eg 1st gear on the middle ring) is very interesting.
On the way back there's a nice section around 1.5 miles down hill before you reach a large busy roundabout but there's drop-curbs to allow you up onto the path to cross on foot,which is safer, and the same the other side.

I'm doing something I might regret later !

I'm upgrading my old Athlon 1GHz PC to XP from 98SE.
The main reason being that AVG 7.5 ends at the end of May and V8 doesn't support 98 which is the same for most of the other programs. So I've taken a chance and I hope things still work afterwards.
This is my email PC so I need anti-virus protection.

Told you'd I'd regret it later.
When XP removed 98 it scanned the drive and removed a lot of things I hoped it would keep. But I've lost maybe 30000 emails. I'd hoped they keep the mailboxs (folders) and I could then import them into XP's Outlook.

Once it's finished downloading and installing all the updates (92 the first round) I've then got to reinstall about 4 programs.

That then just leaves all the mail rules to recreate and there was a lot along with maybe 30 folders in the inbox. All good fun ....Not !

right now I made my first visit to BBFans in what must be about a year, and looked forward to Monday's visit to Wembley

Right now thinking that cos of where I'm going tonight I'll miss BB launch night It'll take me longer than ever to learn their names now... in classrooms I can go in and know all the kids' names by playtime but on BB it takes me ages! Oh well, think what I'm doing will be lots of fun anyway
