Katona, Mills our 'least talented'

Prime Minister Gordon Brown has joined Calum Best, Peaches Geldof and Kerry Katona on a list of the 10 least talented people in Britain, voted for by the public.

Mr Brown was number 10 on the "zero talent" list, while Victoria Beckham wannabe, Big Brother's Chanelle Hayes, took the top spot.

The survey of more than 1,000 UK adults saw author JK Rowling and chef Gordon Ramsay named among the best of British talent, alongside Lewis Hamilton and Leona Lewis.

Four in five people said they refuse to buy newspapers or magazines with talentless celebrities on the front cover.

The same number turn off their televisions when a "zelebrity" (talentless fame-hungry person) appears on screen.

Almost half are sick of the sight of reality TV contestants, while one in five are fed up of those who sell kiss and tell stories on famous people.

The Wags, celebrity offspring, and those who work the party circuit, while wearing very little, were also voted past their sell-by date.

Heat news editor, Hannah Fernando said: "Another reality format is surfacing and we are embracing people who have a real talent that they wouldn't necessarily have the opportunity to showcase."

The Domino's Pizza Talent poll also found that more than two in five Britons consider themselves talented.

And almost twice the number would rather be rich (64%) than talented (35%), while fewer than 2% would like to be famous.

The talents we would most like are to write (29%), play a musical instrument (23%) or sing (21%). Juggling (41%), doing the splits (37%), fire walking (16%) - and Morris Dancing (6%) are also among the talents we would like. Domino's Pizza sponsors ITV1's Britain's Got Talent.
