Oooh, BB has announced there is a secret couple, and the HMs have a wee while to guess who it is!!! Some immediately picked Lisa and Mario.

Tuts, that's not fair of BB. They shouldn't have told the HMs that there WAS a secret couple. It was too obvious, for starters! That means we're stuck with the annoying people for an extra week!

Steph went through all that anguish for nothing - I thought the group would have to come to the conclusion that there was a secret couple without BB asking them to guess.

Well on one hand I'm happy as it means we might get to boot Steph out, on the other it takes the pee really that they've gone through all that to have BB have tell them there's a couple as obviously if you were going to guess, it'd be Mario and the woman closest in age to him.

BB getting their eviction fixing in early this year.

So, the 4 involved in the task are now up for eviction. What a daft task that turned out to be.

I'm really annoyed about that. BB said nothing about letting the HMs KNOW that there was a secret couple. Of course they can make it up as they go along...

Agree, it seems BB are 'making it up as they go along' - they should have let this task play out for a couple of days, with all the tension in the house there was a strong possibility the 4 people involved in the task would give the game away.. or in Steph's case give up on it altogether.

Looks like a classic BB hen-up... they told the entire House that there was a secret couple amoungst them (a huge clue in itself) and had 1 minute to come up with an answer. Looks like many thought it was Stephanie and Dale. After some discussion, Dale managed to convince the others that wasn't the case...

Naturally many then chose Mario and Lisa (a little obvious as they are so close in ages etc) and Michael finally gave that answer to BB.

Much smug happiness for the many and no one commiserating the 4 presummed nominees who have sweated their asses off all weekend.

Question: Why didn't BB simply call them all into the DR one by one to ask them who they thought the couple might be? Seems that would have been a fairer way to do it.

Oh well, clearly Stephanie is toast then. So at least there's some justice.

Oh no! It is obvious who they would choose. I really didn't want those 4 to be up. I don't want any of those to go just yet.

I wish they had done that, John. At least there would have been a little bit of work for the others that way.

Nothing hirarious at all, about the 'result' of this task - just plain ridicurous.

I've never gone looking for online coverage/feed, and was even thinking that it's a good thing for me, that there's less coverage on E4 for us plebs without red buttons - stops me watching the drivel..

but I've just accessed live feed. Hopefully I can resist being sucked-in.

(still, it's not doing any harm, playing in the background, as I polish my brasses and fumigate my fridge, now is it? )
