Jayne Torvill and Christopher Dean have signed a £1.5m deal to stay with Dancing On Ice for three more series.

The duo will each pocket £250,000 every year for appearing on the ITV1 show.

A source told the Sunday Mirror: "It's a testament to their popularity that TV bosses have signed them up for such a long stretch." More than 12m viewers saw ex-Hear'Say singer Suzanne Shaw skate to victory in this year's final.
