Anyway, what happen to our Women's Archery Olympic medal? I watch them beat the Japanese in the semi-finals and the man said they would be guranteed ay least a Bronze. Just checked, and they didn't even get that - the French took it by just two points (China and S.Korea taking the Silver and Gold).

Still at least Nicole (not Rex's GF) grabbed Gold in the Women's Road Race Cycling.

I don't understand how they can refer to 'Team GB'. Aren't some members of that team from Northern Ireland? Should it not either be 'Team GB and NI', or 'Team UK' - because it is (for the time being at least ) 'The United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland'.

Now, help me down off this soapbox....

Thank you TD I leave Wednesday. Had a big leaving do at church today and was so touched and the enormity of everyones kindness. Was given an envelope with all the money for the removal costs in. as well as a gorgeous picture of Cambridge and other lovely gifts. I felt so 'speshal' Like you it's kind of bonkers to get my head around the fact I am leaving and on to pastures new but I am sure we will both be ok. Anyway TD hope all goes great for you as you move. You'll be great.
