X FACTOR winner Leon Jackson will defy the critics to become a huge star, judge Simon Cowell said yesterday.
The Scots teenager has not released a record since hitting the Christmas No1 slot with When You Believe after his victory last year.
But talent show supremo Cowell says the people who claim he has sunk back into obscurity are wrong and he is set for a stunning comeback.
Leon, 19, from Whitburn, West Lothian, has been hard at work on an album which Cowell says will be one of the biggest selling of the year.
