Just confirmed on BBLB, HMs will have to recreate the video to Michael Jackson's thriller and learn the dance moves etc. HoH Rex will be choreographer.

Wooo any chance they'd let Mo take the lead role?

Errm not because of his colour but because I suspect he'd be able to camp it up to its required level of hilarity. For some reason Kat and Lisa immediately spring to mind as potentially being great ghouls?

Should be fun... but I'm sure Rex will manage to spoil it (ie. does what's good for him rather than anyone else including the viewers).

I bet you will never guess who Rex picked for the main role as Michael Jackson.


Lets give you a clue, she’s petulant sulky spoilt smelly and owned by him.


Mind you the gormless crew sat there and said nothing about Rex`s favouritism. Seems the golden couple expect everything and get everything.

Bet You Look Good On The Dancefloor

Day 76

If you learn the moves you will, housemates...

The housemates hit the dancefloor, and hope it doesn't hit back, as Big Brother orders them to become zombies and learn Michael Jackson's zombie dance from his Thriller video.

After watching the original video, housemates were shown a demo of the dance they need to practice. A panel of dance experts will judge the final routine tomorrow afternoon.

Head of House Rex was told to choose someone to play the lead role as Michael Jackson and also found out he'll be choreographer, not a dancer. Let's hope his teaching skills are as good as his cooking or the shopping budget could be as little as £1 per person for the week.

"Yeah, wooooo!" screamed all the housemates, apart from the Head of House who looked gutted that he won't actually be shaking his booty.

"Oh. I want to learn the dance," he complained. Then he groaned some more on hearing he'll get a separate costume. "Oh no. What's it gonna be?" he asked but Big Brother stayed silent.

"This is the best music video ever" said a thrilled Rachel, copying the dance moves from her chair.

"It's a good workout as well," noted fitness fanatic Lisa.

"This is, like, the best moment of my life, dude" grinned Darnell. And he wasn't being sarcastic.

"We'll stay up all night learning this" said Nicole.

"No, no, no, get to bed early" demanded Mikey.

"Mikey, you're not Head of House anymore" warned Rex.

Then he proved he's not biased at all in the role by appointing his girlfriend, Nicole, to play Michael Jackson. That's showbiz.

Well, I hope that Nicole gives more to this task than she usually does, otherwise they have already failed.

Perhaps that is why he chose her for the main part to make her feel more special, so that she would put more into it.

If she is up for eviction though, I do wonder how hard she will try then, after her name has been called out. She would probably just say 'What's the point in me trying hard at this - I won't be here next week'

Well, so far r Nicole is sort of listening to Rex but the second he went to the DR miss bossy boots took over. At one point she and Rex tried to convince Mikey not to participate, but he stood his ground. I think the peer pressure on Mikey may increase nearer the time as BB says his participation is not a prerequisite to pass the task.

Several times Nicole has used the statement “We decided” to other HM when it was Rex who made the choice, a Freudian slip denoting her feeling of higher status because of her relationship with the HOH.

As said above her interest in the task may ebb rapidly away when she hears she’s up. That’s when the fun might start and the tears the yelling and screaming commence and that’s just from Rex.

Addendum – Rachel just got grumpy with Mo for continually knocking her on the head, I think generally tempers may fray, with any luck.

Mmmm kinda figured out he'd choose his 'ole anyway, the selfish prig.

All those weeks of blasting others for acting unfairly or showing favouritism... but of course he only ever complained if it threatened his own position in Heaven or his continued enjoyment of a luxury food budget.

And Christine, I'm afraid you're right too... that's another oft heard complaint from Rex about choosing the most able for the tasks. Seems he's decided now that its okay to break all his own rules for the benefit of himself and his bit of posh totty.

I doubt Nicole will be able to put on her costume without a tantrum, the prospects of her completing the task are minimal I'd say.

She's already been telling Rex how much better than the others she is at this task.

It must be really hard for Mikey to do this task, because he can't see how it is meant to go.

I've read elsewhere that BB has said that he's not required to take part, but is anyway. Which I guess can be looked on as either 'good for him' for giving it a go or 'bad for them' as it means Rachel, Rex etc. have to spend a lot of extra time explaining to him what to do rather than working on passing it with everyone else.

Why oh why this task? It's been recreated for so many other tv shows...does BB need it as well? Time for a little originality methinks.

Rachel is spending time and effort to get Mikey ready for the task, bless him.

I think this is an ace task and looks like loads of fun, but Nicole is really irritating me lol
