I thought he looked familiar aswell.
I think he looks like someone off the telly but can't think who.
Maybe he was on crimewatch.

Oh I think I've got it now...don't know what he looks like under the wig (if it isn't a wig-then SORRY!), but he looks a bit like that boy in Coronation Street who's being blamed for Maxine's murder.
