I don't think it's envy, I think it's sheer disbelief that someone could be such a boring fake.

He is the biggest fake in the house, don't hear him say how he is a coke head that spends his time out spending his fathers money. He is playing the part of the antagonist to get people like you to support him, and as you know he has been successful there.
His copy-cat tactics is boring for people like me because we have seen it all before...

Well good for him for playing the game well. Rachel has all the personality of cardboard. She would be the least deserving winner since that other tedium-fest, Kate Lawler.

He certainly is. I've not watched an awful lot of Rex but I'm not sure if he's like that in real life or if it's a persona he's developed for the show.

I definitely don't want him to win but he has been unique this year, and a valid housemate for all that.

So, if Rachel's a fake, what is she like then, in 'real life' or whatever?

Answers on a postcard, please....because we've been watching her for three months, and I'm still waiting for evidence that she's faking...

Who knows what Rachel is like in real life, but I can't believe for one moment that she is so utterly boring and non-descript. It's not so much that she's faking, it's that she's doing a Scott BB4 and refusing to reveal anything of herself. Can anyone think of one single opinion that Rachel has expressed other than "I like grapes"?

Were she not so firmly rammed up Kat's arse, I might have some time for her. When she was on the Heaven side, without the Cookie Monster demanding her time and energy, she was infinitely better and I actually softened towards her. Then the divide came down and she was back with Baby-Woman again and that was it - she was making me puke once more.

Well, I'm happy enough that you say 'it's not so much that she's faking'.

In last night's show, when she challenged Rex, there was real spirit in her eyes, I thought.

I remember when Rachel said to ...oh someone....Sylvia, Alex, maybe....'fine, if that's the sort of person you are then'. I got the impression that she had the attitude that 'the truth will out'. Rather than get involved in a hell-for-leather argument, she thought that people's characters would eventually be revealed to other HM's and public alike, and let others make their own judgements then.

As regards Kat, I think there's both in her - we do see the real Kat in many ways, but she is also calculating and shrewd.

People who say "if that's the sort of person you are etc" are sanctimonious prigs generally.
