If you're not the sort to pose for a lad's mag or have no-one to"kiss and tell" about, a Big Brother appearance these days is unlikely to bring you much by way of publicity earnings

COULDN'T help chuckling when I heard someone saying that finishing second on Big Brother would "open doors" for blind Scot Mikey Hughes.

I'm sure that's something the big fella will really appreciate.

To be honest, I saw just as much of the latest Big Brother as Mikey (i.e. hee-haw) but figures suggest I wasn't the only one.

BB9. Was that the name of the show or the total number of viewers?

It's true, though. Appearing on the programme will definitely create new opportunities for Mikey.

In fact, I can exclusively reveal he's just been called into the Scotland squad for tonight's game in Iceland . . .
