POP impresario Louis Walsh has been invited to Limerick in order to explain his "disgraceful attack" on the citizens of the region.

Councillor John Gallahue - Chairman of Limerick County Council - has, in tandem with Mayor John Gilligan, publicly invited the multi-millionaire pop guru to come to Limerick to "meet the decent people he has insulted".
