The Justice Secretary said: 'It is crucial that offenders are treated equally within the rules regardless of the publicity surrounding their case but I was satisfied that it was reasonable to allow this.'

Lets hope this reasonable condition given for Jack to attend his wedding festivities sets a precedent for all other people who find themselves in his predicament. :-?

I don't want to comment for comment's sake but Jeff Brazier(who I dislike immensely) will have many a comment when the dust settles after this tragedy.
There's no way this Jack Tweedy is anything other than a carpetbagger.

I believe this Jack character only got a light sentence/& was let out early because of Jade Goody's plight - ie Jade Goody's help.
That I think was Jade's redeeming light - her vulnerability - the only think I like her for.

I wouldn't like any guy to be in this Jack's shoes - because he's going to be watched like a hawk after this tragedy unfolds.
